Full name: Coke, Mr (either Daniel Parker or Edward)
This person or thing (agent) has been used 2 times within our collections systems.
MP for Derby and friend of Eliza Hayley, mentioned in correspondence with William Hayley. Identified as Daniel "Parker Coke, Esq. Member for Nottingham", in a footnote to vol 2 p 118 of Hayley's "Memoirs", but perhaps more likely to have been Edward Coke, MP for Derby at the time Eliza Hayley was resident there: as the whereabouts of the MS for that part of the Memoirs is unknown, it's impossible to establish whether the footnote was added by Hayley - in which case it is Daniel Parker - or by his editor, Rev John Johnson, in which case it could be an error.
