The can is decorated on both sides with a large spray with a smaller spray above, and with a branch down the back of the handle. Round the rim there is a border of striped triangles with red and yellow half flowers at intervals. There is a bold band round the rim and down the edges of the handles. The saucer is decorated en suite with a central floral arrangement and three sprays on the sides.
