Man with a broken nose ( L'homme au nez cassé). Rodin, Auguste (French, 1840-1917). Bronze, cast, with brown patina, and touches of green, height (whole) 31.1 cm, circa 1881-1916, conceived in plaster 1863-1864. Colmar, Paris. Notes: A marble bust was exhibited at the Salon in 1878. Four bronze casts were made in 1895 by Griffoul, and twelve between 1916 and 1949 by Alexis Rudier, Paris.
