The upper part of the spout is gilt overall and the lower part is decorated with panels containing pyramidal groups of gilt lines. The top of the handle is decorated with a gilt formal flower and down the outside there are husks and beads reserved in a gilt ground. The exterior of the finial is gilt overall.
