Circular with curved sides,  and everted rim, standing on a footring. Decorated with a symmetrical group of formal tulips and carnations springing from a two-handled globular vase. Reserved amongst the flowers is a medallion containing the initials and date 'M/G E' over '1676'. The edge is encircled by a yellow band and blue dashes</value>
