An image of Metalwork / Mortar. The bowl divided into three panels, two narrow one wide. The wide centre panel containing 14 wedge shape lugs tapering upwards, between each lug a conventional design in white metal, round the rim a narrow leaf border, round the base an inscribed border. Bronze, height, whole, 3 7/8 in, diameter, whole, 3 ¼ in, circa 1200-1400. Mamluk. Islamic. Production Place: Egypt.
