    <value>Reddish-buff earthenware, thrown, tin-glazed and painted in blue; the rim and foot mounted in silver. Cylindrical with an applied loop handle, concave on the outside. The front is painted with a cartouche enclosing the inscription 'S.B/1659' , framed by scrolls, long sprays of paired leaves, and at the bottom, a cherub's head. The silver mounts round the rim and base have Van-dyked edges with studs above the points. The mount round the rim is wider than the other.</value>
