Folding fan. Unknown, maker, China. The reverse has a small painted landscape. The sticks and guards are of ivory, pierced, etched, painted and gilt, depicting chinoiserie scenes. Double chickenskin painted in bodycolour, length, guards, 27.7 cm, circa 1750-1760. Production Note: Northwest Europe.
