Engraved with an initial, probably an 'S', at the top of the stem. Marked on the back at the top. Marks: (1) Maker's mark WE over WF for William Eley I and William Fearn (2) Lion passant (3) leopard's head (4) date letter B (5) King's head duty mark. Silver, forged and engraved, length, overall, 30.4 cm, weight, whole, 135 g, 1817-1818.
