Greyish green jade with light brown veining. The horse recumbent with its neck slightly arched as it looks back towards its tail. Its eyes are cocked up attentively and are shown in incised lines. The legs are folded beneath the body. The mane and the tail are strongly striated. Nephrite, length 6.65 cm, 1600-1800. Chinese.
