Studio Ceramics. Plate. Cardew, Michael (British, 1901-1983). Galena glazed earthenware slipware plate with raised rim. Combed meander decoration in well, with chevrons around the rim. Height 3.2 mm, diameter, base, 14 mm, diameter, widest point, 26.9 mm, after 1929. Acquisition: Dr John Shakeshaft Bequest.
