Wine Glass. Façon de Venise. Plain conical bowl engraved with a portrait, probably of the infant Prince Willem III of Orange (b. 1650). Soda glass, with vetro a fili foot trailed in turquoise-blue round the edge (wheel-engraving). Height, 11.3 cm, diameter, 5.7 cm, after 1655 to before 1665. Sir Ivor and Lady Batchelor Bequest through The Art Fund.
