Lord Fitzwilliam's album of prints. Young man wearing a fur-lined cap. Diversae Facies. Sweerts, Michiel (Flemish, 1624-1664). Half-leather binding, bound in 1814. Etching. Notes: One of the smallest of Lord Fitzwilliam's print albums, which formed part of his library. From a series of 13 plates with a Latin title, Diversae facies in usum iuvenum et aliorum ('Various faces for use by the young and others'). The set was published in Brussels in 1656.
