Inscription originally inlaid, only small fragments (blue) remains, Residue of the red substance preserved inside the incised signs. Parts missing from the bottom left and top left corner, bottom left corner reattached using unknown glue. Incised line running underneath hieroglyphs, cracks across the surface.
