Engraved gem. Ringstone. Intaglio. Male bust in profile to the right; the head has curly hair and the face has a light, stubbly beard and a prominent nose. The shoulders are draped. In front is a Bactrian inscription on palaeographic grounds. Intaglio cutting. Carnelian, height 18.5 mm, width 15 mm, circa 200-circa 400. Kushano-Sassanian. Alternative Number: gem catalogue number; CM.61.1967.
