Jade Dagger. Green jade extensively altered to creamy white, carved as a ceremonial blade, in the shape of a bronze halberd, ge. There is a raised central rib and the two edges are bevelled. A perforation is drilled from one side near the tang. Jade/nephrite, length 24.5 cm, width 5.5 cm, 1050-771 B.C. Chinese.
