Stove Tile. Unknown, Winterthur. The Crucifixion with the Virgin Mary and St. John standing on the left and right of the Cross which is set under an arch decorated with foliage, supported on two fluted columns. The relief is recessed within a moulded frame. Earthenware, moulded in relief and covered with a dark green lead-glaze on the front, height, whole, 43.0 cm, width, whole, 38.0 cm, depth, whole, 3.8 cm, circa 1660-1700.
