  </description>
  <description>
    <value>fritware, probably mould made, painted in blue, green and red with black outlines under a colourless glaze
Shape: segmental bowl with a slightly everted rim, sits on a low, wide foot ring
Interior: reserved in blue or green on the rim, a frieze of half rosettes dotted with red and paired leaves. On the body a ewer decorated with a blue and green scale pattern is surrounded by a circular floral spray. Glaze contains impurities which are evident erupting on the surface in places.
Exterior: on the body a frieze of stylised blue rosettes and green leaves. Surface is glazed except for an irregular concentric band from the exterior foot ring to the outermost section of the base.</value>
