"Printed at the Ballantyne Press under the supervision of Charles Ricketts. Sold by Hacon & Ricketts, London & John Lane, New York." -- Colophon. Limited ed. of 310 copies. Cf. Ricketts, C. Bibl. of the Vale Press, p. 29-30. The book was given by the binder to the donor, Freda Skinner. The book was bound by Sybil Pye in green niger morocco with inlays of red, black, green and brown niger and gold tooled with geometric designs. Monogrammed and dated, "MCM SP XXXVII", clxxxii pages : illustrations ; 24 cm. 1902-1937.
