The bottle stands on a circular turned base. It has a bulbous body, a short incurved cylindrical neck with a cordon round its base and another higher up, where the top of the original strap handle was attached (now replaced by a restoration handle). There is a bearded facemask applied to the front of the neck and shoulder with two pointed leaves with serrated edges on either side of it.
