The sides are painted in pseudo-Oriental style with a bird standing on rocks amidst flowering plants with a sponged tree on each side. Above and below there are two broad and two narrow horizontal bands. On the base is the mark 'B.K.' underlined, over 'b or 6'. The cover is inscribed 'J.E.H./1794'.
