Rectangular with flat shoulders and a short cylindrical neck. One long side is scratched with the name and date, 'Elizabeth Lamble/1768' with a spray of leaves and fruits above and an arrangement of roughly-drawn foliage below. The opposite long side is scratched with the name of the tea, 'Bohea' and round the edge with a border scallops with stylized buds or leaves in the corners. One of the short sides is scratched with a floral spray, and the other has an all over trellis diaper pattern. On the shoulder there is a leaf in each corner.
