The elongated baluster-shaped body has a narrow cylindrical neck with horizontal turned reeding around it. A strap handle of shallow triangular profile is attached on one side. On the front there is an applied oval medallion moulded with a crude bust of a crowned king flanked by the initials GR (for Georgius Rex). This is  surrounded by six incised petals  flanked by incised sprays of foliage, all coloured blue within the outlines.
