Shape: Shallow, finely potted, conical dish with disc base Interior: Cream slip coating with band of yellow colouring around the rim, emphasised by a concentric incised line. On the body, a floral spray comprising incised flowers and leaves coloured with yellow, brown and green pigment. Exterior: Cream slip forms a concentric band around the rim and in two areas forms an irregular pattern. Clear glaze covers this slip and virtually all the exterior body to the foot ring. Two scar points, one near the rim and the other close to the base, where glaze and slip are missing, are probably points where this vessel touched another in the kiln.
