The thrown, pear-shaped jug has a projecting ‘sparrow’s beak’ lip and loop handle with oval-shaped lower terminal. The handle has a small hole near the top; this could possibly be from a now lost lid. The white mould-applied reliefs are opposite the handle; the reliefs are a fleur-de-lys is underneath a crown and flanked on the left by a unicorn and on the right by a lion with foliage below.
