A woman in classical costume holding a cornucopia and a bunch of corn stalks Pale cream earthenware, moulded, lead-glazed and painted in green, yellow, flesh pink, mauve, red, and dark brown enamels. The figure is supported on a dark brown square straight-sided base which is closed and concave underneath and has a central ventilation hole. The woman steps forward on her left foot and has her right leg relaxed at the knee. In her right arm she holds a large cornucopia filled with fruit and corn stalks and supports its lower end with her hand. In her left hand she holds up a bunch of corn stalks. She has a tanned complexion, and wears a wreath of yellow ears of corn over her brown hair, which is swept up at the back into a bun with tresses hanging down from it onto her shoulder. She is dressed in a red tunic with elbow-length sleeves and pale green edges, a long dappled mauve cloak with pale green lower edge, and sandals with red straps.
