The cup is in the form of a small wine glass. It has a rounded bucket-shaped bowl with an everted rim, a baluster stem, and a domed foot. The bowl is decorated with a continuous spray of simple flowers and leaves painted in blue with manganese-outlines, and with a horizontal blue band above and below. The baluster stem has four horizontal blue bands of different widths. The foot has a radiating band of blue petals or leaves alternating with one or two short strokes, and a line close to the outer edge.
