She holds a posy in her right hand and a large flower in her left. The man, on the left, wears a broad-brimmed hat, a ruffle round his neck, a coat, and baggy breeches, stockings and shoes. He has a basket of flowers on his right knee and a flower in each hand, and leans slightly towards the woman.
