DECORATION: Large miniature of the Last Supper, accompanying an ornamental initial and surrounded by two-sided foliate border. ORNAMENTATION: Initial [I, 2 text lines and 2 musical staves] formed of stylized foliage and acanthus on burnished gold ground, with the remaining letters of the word (Imola) and the accompanying musical notation in burnished gold leaf on blue ground; on reverse, pink initial [C, 1 text line and 1 musical stave] with foliate infill on burnished gold ground.
