It is written by Isa Blagden's uncle, William Bracken. In the letter, Bracken says he came to Florence after hearing of \u2018poor Isa Blagden\u2019s death\u2019. He understood that Robert Brooding had already heard the news otherwise would have written sooner. He has been searching with \u2018his niece Annette\u2019 for a will however no will has been found: \u2018I conclude your Isa did not make a will\u2019. Therefore it will be difficult to arrange her affairs. They went through her correspondence and these were mostly \u2018indifferent\u2019 or have been burnt, however \u2018but in regard to your letters, wherever  found I have thought it right to retain \u2013 also some of your poor wife\u2019s to Isa \u2013 and these await your instructions\u2019. He says he will be London in early midsummer so can seal them in a packet and send them to Robert Browning then.
