    <description>
      <type>content description</type>
      <value>1 sheet. In the final stages of preparing his book, Strachan finds that he is missing details relating to Les Hauts de Hurlevent. He asks Blanchet to provide the date of the book, the name of the translator and of the publisher, the number of illustrations, the method if it is autographic, and the number of copies printed. He assumes that Blanchet is the printer.
He has been asked to mount exhibitions at the Institut Francais in London, where he had presented a slide show on the book of painters and sculptors, in Leicester and, subsequently at the university and municipal gallery of Hull. He asks Blanchet to send him the spare pages for any new material he may have, either for these exhibitions or for the V&amp;A.
He assures Blanchet that he is well represented in these exhibitions by his Lorjou, his Cris and the Rimbaud, and that in his text Strachan speaks of his activities as printer and publisher as well as artist.</value>
