    <description>
      <type>content description</type>
      <value>1 sheet (carbon copy). Strachan thanks Blanchet for sending some &#x201D;enticing&#x201D; spare pages from his new series. He admires Blanchet&#x2019;s enterprise, and is particularly interested in the project of Un Balcon en Foret by Julien Gracq. Not only does Strachan know Gracq personally, having previously translated his Le Beau Tenebreux, but he was also responsible for the school edition (aimed at the universities etc) of the book which will be illustrated by Clave, whom he also knows personally.
If Blanchet has visited the exhibition &#x201C;Les Livres de Pierre Lecuire&#x201D; at the C.N.A.F. on rue Berryer, he will have seen a mention of Strachan&#x2019;s exhibitions in the catalogue. He has published an article on this particular exhibition in The Connoisseur. The editor of this journal might perhaps be interested in a monthly article on Blanchet&#x2019;s work, and he discusses the possibility of visiting Blanchet in April, especially if he could treat of the work of Clave and Singier in the same article. It is an idea to be considered.
He congratulates Blanchet and promises to show the spare pages he sent to anyone who might be interested.</value>
