Includes sketch of sash window

Bunce writes that all the window frames, shutters and sashes (except the sashes for the turret) have been sent this morning and should arrive in Chichester on Monday night (11/09/1797) and the turret sashes will be sent on the next waggon. Gives instructions for the painter to prime them and glaze all the sashes "with best newcastle except the Kitchen, Workhouse & suppose the store room for which second newcastle will be sufficiently good."

Discusses price and also says that once he has the weight of the sashes when they are glazed, he will order the lines and sash weights.

Asks "is the Turrett [sic] Balcony almost done I hope to see it the 5 of October & to go with you to Stonehenge..."</value>
