19 July 1831
Dear Lucas
I am glad to hear that Dr Davis say there is nothing amiss about you. You must take care of yourself - & husband your strength.
I take the Heath beyond all the plates - I shall take omnibus & come to you early on monday to print.
Go on with [t/n: word deleted] what you like - of the 3d No. - the ''Morning'' or the ''Evening'' - of which I send a touchd proof
and I think the ''Ips River'' will be a good finish. & will be a comapanion in size to the ''Heath'' [t/n: '&' crossed out] - of which you have likewise an excellent proof.

---
The verso of this leaf has a crossed out inscription which reads 'Dear Mr [?]'.

The arrangement mentioned in this letter was written down in the following item, Constable/EL/1/1/32, which was perhaps enclosed with this letter.</value>
