Dear Lucas
Call on me if you can I have much to say about the new plate - which saying - will I think be conclusive.
pray come before 5 this afternoon - as I go out at 1/2 past -
                                                                                    Yours truly
                                                                                                   J.C.

---

Shirley believes the mentioned plate to be 'Waterloo Bridge'. Beckett, however, suggests that the plate is 'Yarmouth, Norfolk'.</value>
