The second leaf, though undated, also carries the headings 'page 2' and 'page 3' like the first leaf. The published transcript of this letter can be found in Shirley (No. 95, page 74) and Beckett (page 369). The leaves have been numbered S95, referring to the order in Shirley's publication. A pencil inscription on the top of the first leaf reads ‘March 1832', and that on the top of the verso of the second one reads '? Oct 1832'.
