Dear Lucas
Can you come to me in the wet this afternoon I wish to see you to know how you are getting on with the printing &c -
I have not been able to get a 5th Number ready yet - I am losing the time sadly -
The ''Castle'' wants a good deal it is hard - distracted - common. The Eving - is spoild [t/n: spoiled] owing to your having fooled with the Rooks - they were the chief feature- which caused me to adopt the the subject - nobody knew what they are - but took them only for blemishes on the plate -
let me see you and print no more of these 2 plates 'till we have mett.
Yrs J.C.
The smoak appears again in The Evg - the trees on the left are snowy - J.C. -
''Call today? if you can -
June 2d 1832 -
