Dear Lucas /-       As I shall not now see you I enclose a letter which came here for you today -
                                      I have been very busy today assorting the prints - &amp; am fast getting them in order = I wish now by degrees to get all the property into the house - and make things final  - it will be a great relief to my mind. help me all you can.
and let there be as little delay as may suit your leisure.
