Front: reserved in a ground pierced with foliate scrolls and formal floral motifs, there are three shaped panels painted in colours and weight small oval medallions painted en grisaille with pale blue backgrounds to resemble Wedgwood jasper cameo's. Left: a gentleman seated under a tree is shaking hands with a hound. Centre: a seated lady accompanied by a standing gentleman is offered a wreath by cupid who stands in front of a female in pseudo-classical dress. Right: a lady holding up one hand is seated under a tree. The oval medallions are arranged in pairs to the left and right of the larger panels. Top row from left to right: a draped female reclining on clouds; a draped female holding a shield seated on clouds; a female writing; Cupid sculpting a bust. Bottom row: Justice holding scales; Minerva; a female holding a spear; a female with a shield and right arm raised. Above there is a border of silver rectangles painted with orange red dots, alternating with rib boning. At the shoulder there is a lightly dotted gold border. Reverse: the panels are outlined in gold and there is a similar border at the top. Guards: Formal scroll and foliage design.
