On each side there is a circular medallion painted in grisaille with figures in classical dress; on the left a woman sitting at tables and a man with a helmet; on the right a standing woman. The sticks and guards are shaped to resemble Gothic pinnacles and pierced to resemble lace. On the ribbon zone there are gold quatrefoils. On each stick there is a small, circular medallion painted in grisaille on a green, purple background to resemble cameos. Guards: Both decorated in the same way: flowers on the bottom, a diapered lozenge, flowers, a triangle, a net pattern and a gold flower decoration on top.
