object type: Folding fan, single leaf of cream silk, embroidered with gold metallic thread, white and pink silk and with gold sequins attached by red silk.  Sticks and guards of ivory, pierced, silvered, gilt and set with cut steels (18+2).  Rivet set with cut steels (18+2).  Rivet set with green pastes.  In the centre, a lamp standing on a rectangular pedestal decorated with fringes and tassels, flanked by stylized floral sprays.  Above these sit three rows of sequins and four groups of scalloped fringes.  The upper and lower edges have a gold binding.
