object type: Silk brocade, beige ground with small repeating geometric pattern.  Large medallions with green yellow borders enclosing a dragon, between these small medallions with a green border enclosing a cockerel.  Case partially lined with red satin and stiffened with thin board.  Tops and edges bound with blue and cream woven ribbon, sewn-in end of similar brocade.  Round yellow cord with two knotted beads of gold metallic thread.
