    <value>Silver-gilt; the spreading circular silver-gilt foot is embossed with a spiralling ring of lobes round the central dome, which supports the stem which is surrounded by three silver scrolls and stylised foliage. The  silver-gilt columbine-shaped bowl is waisted and heavily embossed with spiralling lobes in a band round the rim, and near the base.  The similarly decorated cover is surmounted by a silver finial is formed as a bunch of flowers.</value>
