That seems to have been produced only between c. 1807-11, and was no. 495 in the First Pattern Book (no. 495 had gold edge at 2\/6 and 496 had orange edge). On 2nd May 1811 Josiah II sent a memo to London: If you have any Brown lily in the rooms, turn it all out that you may not take orders for it which we cannot execute but at a loss - we will print some in Blue.' (E.13.11684).
