Loose folios have been blanket stitched in sections to form gatherings, then crudely sorn in, rounded and backed. Evidence on the prints suggests at least two earlier groupings or bindings: 1) The Spanish (or Latin) annotations on the upper margins or top of versos, some of which are trimmed; 2) The sequential numbering on the corner of the versos in the same place (i.e. not removed with the aforementioned trimming).
