The Virgin stands in the tabernacle holding the Christ Child in her left arm, and holding a flower in her right hand. The upper panels of the two wings on the left enclose the Archangel Gabriel and the Virgin, and those of the two wings on the right, the Nativity, with Joseph on the left presenting the Christ Child to the Virgin, watched by an ox and ass.
