  <description>
    <value>Soft-paste porcelain decorated with a pale yellow ground, painting in pale blue, green, yellow, a little orange-red, pale brown, grey, and black enamels, and gilding. Cylindrical with a small angular handle, and recessed base. On the front is a square camp scene with three tents, on the left, two soldiers in red coats beside a tree, and on the right in the foreground, a soldier and a man bending down to a package on the ground. The sides have a yellow ground overlaid by black vertical architectural ornament reminiscent of wrought iron. At the top and bottom there is a blue border between gold bands, overlaid by gold crossed palms with two groups of three blue dots, alternating with a gold stylized plant. The handle has gold lines down the outer edges, and stylized gold flowerheads down the back</value>
