Cupid stands on his left leg with his right extended behind him, and leans forward, holding the clyster (enema) in both hands. Cupid has rosy cheeks, red lips and black eyes. He wears a long curling grey wig, and a nightcap with a gold edge; a long green coat with a blue, brown, and mauve floral pattern, and pink lining; and mauve breeches.
