With a cylindrical neck, loop handle and curved spout, standing on a foot ring. Decorated on each side with a gilt 'O' with a circle, surrounded by sprays of foliage and flowers. On the neck are flower heads and foliate scrolls. On the foot ring is a key fret border pattern. Down the handles is a continuous blue scroll with red strokes. Domed cover with button finial.
