The front is decorated with a bust of a youth with long brown hair, and a blue drape over a mauve tunic, surrounded by various flowers, including tulips, lilies and carnations. On the back there is a bust of a young woman wearing a blue veil over her head, surrounded by various flowers. The plaque on the spine is decorated with flowers of similar types.
